Our consulting methodology
Every engagement starts the same way: we send you a short set of questions designed to surface what is actually on your mind about the business — not a formal questionnaire, but a prompt for honest thinking. This preparation makes the sessions themselves far more productive.
During sessions, we follow the thinking where it leads. We ask questions, reflect back what we hear and occasionally offer observations from other business situations. We do not present slide decks or deliver pre-packaged advice.
After each engagement, we write a reflection document — a considered, plain-language record of the direction that emerged from the sessions, the priorities you identified and any questions worth returning to. This document belongs to you.

Short written prompts help both parties arrive at the session ready to think carefully.
Session
A structured, focused conversation that stays with what matters and goes as deep as needed.
Written reflection
A document that captures the direction and priorities from the session — for you to keep and return to.
Follow-up (where included)
